With 20 years of experience working in the aquaculture industry, he focuses on managing the processes of fish hatching and reproduction. He is also a pioneer in hatchery habitat, and it is his responsibility to improve the survival rate of each species.
During his training and work trips throughout Asia and Australia, he realizes that Malaysia has a unique natural environment, and that the aquaculture industry was still in infancy stage. He challenges his own knowledge by cultivating new species and introducing new strains. He is the pioneer in create new trends in fish farming industry.
